Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Hi, I have ICICI bank credit card and i have done transaction of 98,000. I made payment of total 70,000 and now I am not able to make the payments as the interest rate which was told to me was 1.25 and now they are charging 4%. People from recovery dept come to my house and harass me evry alternate day. I spoke to the manager aslo but he is asking to ay Rs.107000 then only he will give me clearance and will not add my name as defaulter in C'BIL. I told him that I will pay rest of he amount i.e 30,000 but he is not ready to listen any thing. Please help me.
