Respected sir
I have asked some information under RTI to one of the central govt educational dpt.
The answer they had given is-"THESE QUESTIONS DOES NOT COME UNDER RTI-ACT"
Now I want to clerify that my asked QUESTIONS do come under RTI-ACT or not ?
Which dpt I have to approch for above clerification?
Please guide me.
