My grand father died in 1985. My grandmother wriiten a will for 3.46 acres in that she made 3 parts equally made to her two sons and self. one son (my father) mentally retarded. my father portion i am entitled to take 1.15 acre. Shall I file a petition in court against my father's brother to distribute the agriculture land into equal parts to my father and my father's brother. my grand mother died in 2003). My father left the home in 2002. his whereabouts not known to me. I filed FIR in concerned police station. Shall I claim in court for half portion of the agrl land. For my father I am only son. If I file a petition shall i get the fast access to that agrl land. how much time it will take. I had a two daughters. for their marraige I required the half portion of the agrl land 3.46 acres. Shall I get any benefit in this one. pl help me. I am a jobholder in private company. where can i contact. my grandmother wont have a talk at the sick time before two months dieing. my father's brother taken her signature very pressurisingly. pl pl help me. what to do?
