Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I want to file Bankruptcy !

I am unable to pay my personal loan and credit card dues . Though my home loan is in god debt serviccing situation still , I think problems cacn arise . I am professional and working with a good company , But having problems with meeting the ammounts on EMI . I want to know the pros and cons of filing a Bankruptcy and will it affect my professional career. I know , I can solve the financial problem with time if my work life is secured . However banks are unwilling to give time as I have already failed three EMI for credit card loan and 3 EMI for personal loan . They have not issued any legal notice still now and it is still in the recovery process. However , I also forsee that they might start it in near future . I am located in WB, Kolkata and also I would require a lawyer to file my Bankruptcy and need to know the cost of the entire process

if u are working and earning then there may be some technicalities but its not possible to reply properly like this so take help of local lawyer

Its better to seek for a local lawyer.

Hiring a lawyer for another state would be costly.
