Legal Question in Banking Law in India
six months before i have booked my flat but due to illegal property, i have rejected it. i have given some amount to builder. he sells this proprty to some other persone.builder gives me check but it was bounces due to insufficient fund.second time also check bounces. can i give complaint against builder? please guide.

you can file a complaint before the consumer forum and also file a criminal complaint u/s 138 of negotiable instruments for bouncing of the cheque and also file a complaint of fraud against the builder.
