NEFT Transfer not received

Sir, I have made a transfer of 25,000/- on 03-06-09, from ICICI bank to PNB through NEFT transfer, the Amount was deputed from my ICICI account but the amount was not cridited in PNB account stil 08-07-09. In this regardi have contacted both the banks but no positive result. so kindly sugest me to revert back my amount.

You may approach the banks and if you fail to get the necessary relief, you may approach Banking Ombudsman; or the consumer courts.

You can file a consumer case against the said bank for deficiency of service.

write to the Bank to cancel debiting your account now. If no positive response comes, address letter to chief Executive/CEO/CMD of the Bank and if he does not rectify the situation, file complaint to Banking Ombudsman of your Region. Details of Banking Ombudsman and format of complaint can be accessed from RBI website.
