Legal Question in Bankruptcy in India

drt has recomended attachment of the guarentors property-not mortgauged.

drt has recomended attachment of the guarentors property-not mortgauged, but that property has been sold, by the guarentor by settlement method to his wife, immediately after DRT began the case in 2006. Is there any way the bank can still calim that property from the gurentor.
