New business

I want to start a private limited company. It will be a consulting cum contracting company providing the experts in the feild of automation and Can be do business at international level.

You have to register and incorporate your company with the Registrar of Companies. For that, You need minimum of two promoters of company. Decide a name for your company and get the name search done to ensure the non-existence of another company with such name. Once name is confirmed apply for registration.

Once the company is incorporated they you may do domestic/international business.
