Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am a businessman running a tank lorry business in J & K State.I also own a house in Jammu which stands registered in my name.I am keeping ill health these days.
I want to make my last will and testament.
Please advise if this will have to be registered in the Court of law

No .The will would be registered at the registrars office.

you may execute a will and register the same with the Sub Registrar of your area in Delhi but as the property is situate in J& K, it is advisable to get the will registered in Jammu only.
