Legal Question in Business Law in India

Companies Act & Liability

Sir,

I want to know if there is any method in law by which I can seek information from a private company like: ''I want to know that how many employees were recruited, fired, or resignations received from 2004-2006 by the private limited company Biyani cements?''

Is it possible to know above through RoC, Right to Information or any other lawful statue? Kindly advice.

No, Right to information is not applicable here in the case of info sought from a pvt ltd company. The only way is, U can ask for info as a requst not as a right given or recognised under any law.
