We are a patnership concern having four partners one of the partner is karta of HUF. We want to away cash credit limit from nationalised bank whether cash credit limit against sufficient securities under said partnershideed can we allow.

There should not be any problem for the bank to grant your partnership firm cash credit limit against sufficient securities pledged by the firm with the bank.

If the firm has sufficient assets, you shall get the facility from the bank.
