Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i advanced rs. 50000/- for lease house , but suddenly i got some problem in my native place. i want to go there. and i told this owner sir i cant pay that least amount full because i have some personal problem i said. And i asked to repay my advance amount back i asked he answered me that he spend for his personal use madam please give me one week time. this i paid in the month of dec-12 1st week from 1sweek to till now he had not repaid my money.
he had issued two cheques to me that is also bounce.
sir please i request you to help me. what action i can take on this to get back my money.
