regarding amnesty scheme
I have bought a shop by allotment basis in 2000,at a price of 8lacs .what would be the stamp duty I need to pay?and at what rate?.I have been asked to pay 80,000 plus the penalty.please guide about it.

You should approach the "local authorities" of your area for exact amount payable.
