Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Civil matters

Dear Sir,

my problem is - My father purchased agriculture land in 1994 vide sale deed registered and mutation was also entered in Govt. Records but the said land after ONE year sold to other person by seller's brother being a joint owner of property (HUF) WE FILED CIVIL SUIT FOR PERMANNENT INJUCTION in 2000 beofre the suit of partition which was filed by purchaser ,but recently that case decided against us whereas we have Registered sale deed with mutation . now that property again sold by that purchaser to other person .Please let me know whether can we file any civil suit for getting ownership and possession of land which was purchased by us in 1994 or can we can get the condonation of delay relief from the court .

Regards.
