daughter's right in HUF
My mother gave signs on purchase deeds on 13.02.08 at the time of selling of her died father's land.
Her father had no will. But my mother's brothers have taken all consideration of sold land & my mother haven't received a single rupee. in case we had taken objection at village officer. can my mother can get appropriate consideration against purchase deed or can we cancel the deeds?
