Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir

My father is in control of his mistress. My mother got married to my father in 1975 and i was born in 1978. My father is denying having any relationship with me and my mother. My mother has got 125 crpc order of Rs.500 in 2002 in her favour also she has got the R.O. in a Domestic voilance Act Case in 2011. In both the cases my father is denying having any relations with us .

but we have all the evidences in our favour like marriage photographs ,id and address proof ration card and all ,but my father is just denying having any relationship with us.

Please suggest should i go for DNA Test and how it can be done and who will bear the cost for it and how much it will be,Please Suggest

as your mother has already got the 125 crpc order in her favour and even residence order in her favour, it substantially proves that the court is presuming the marriage is valid. however, in case your father specifically denies the marriage and the court makes it an issue, you may go for DNA and prove the marriage by other means.
