Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I had filed a case for permanant injuction, now the builder want to compromise out of the court and agree to do all repairs and damages done by him. what should I do, can u please let me know what should I write in the compromise deed so that he can not refuse to do the satisfactory work in our house.

Compromise deed can specify the consequences of the breach and also be made part of the court order.
