Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
can i ask for the reason why it the case is not dispoased off with in the time limit given in the respective LAWS?
EX: pwdvc ACT 2005 - CASES SHOULD EB DISPOSED WITH IN 3 MONTH S FROM DATE IT IS REGISTERED. bUT WHY IT IS TAKIN YEARS AND YEARS.

despite there is time limit for disposal, still the cases take long due to pendency of number of cases. you may approach the high court for appropriate direction.
