Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Missing person
1. Person was missing
2. Loged FIR with Police for the same
3. Found person with very bad condition after 36 hrs from some other place ,person was drugged with sedatives and harmed physically,in result he has lost memory.
4. Now police asking us to close the FIR for missing but we want them to investigate the matter like who has done and motive behind the same

File a fresh complaint before a Magistrate who can then direct the police to initiate investigation to enquire as who has drugged and physically assaulted the victim.
