Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi Me and my parents are living in the house which is owned by our paternal uncle since last 20yrs and uncle was living in the house which my dad and him bought together , My dad was paying the maintenance bills and even electricity connection is also in the name of my dad. Now building is going into redevelopment and as our relationship with our uncle has became sour, we are worried that we might be house less.
Can we claim the ownership of the house we are living in?
