Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Thanks for your reply to my question below but our lawyer is already colluded with the other party?. 6 months back he said reports came but he is hiding that result, in this situation, if he sent the signatures to handwriting experts, how can i get this information from the concerned forensic lab? is it possible by stating the name of the lawyer and suit No.?
Can myself send a document for verification to the private handwriting expert?

u can write to the forensic lab to give u the copy of the report they will give u as u r the party to the suit .
or u can go for file inspection to see if any report has been put on record or not .
sending to private handwriting expert will only help if u have taken the permission for court or the court is ready to accept that for comparison.so ask for the permission .
