Your grand father has done nothing wrong; your father is not a minor child who may need support of his father. Try to be a man and learn living your life.

your grandmother may claim maintenance from your grandfather, if she has no means to support herself; she, being your father's mom, may also maintenance from him.

Let the old man enjoy his life the way he wants by being away of irresponsible family members who may lament his absence even at this age/stage in life..

Your grandmother can file a case of bigamy if she was not divorced. You father can file a case and demand for maintenance if he himself cannot survive. Once the case will be file then your grandfather have to come to india to reply the case.

i agree with the view of Mr. Grover but in case your grandfather married before 1955, he cannot be held responsible for bigamy. you may initiate the proceedings and can also file cases for damages and compensation but your grandfather may opt to be represented through a lawyer.
