Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir,

My mother bought a house from her aunt in 8 years ago. Aunt has 11 children. My mother`s aunt and uncle saled their land(home) for settlement document. From settlement document, the money was not mentioned, but after settlement registered, my father paid their bank loan rs.2,00,000 with their account with my father signed. At the time of registering the settlement document, their 10 children gave us to the support document for agree the settlement. (but it was not registered- 10 children signed in a 100rs bond paper). Now, they threatened our family to give more money. We are not ready to gave the money. So, they went to register office and cancel the settlement document. Is any possibilities to cancel the cancelled settlement document? What our family can do right now- whether we can go to civil court OR give money to them?

Please answer me soon.

Thanking you...
