sir, i have purchased a residential extended lal dora plot in delhi of 1000sq.yds in 1985 from a person by checking his name in revenue record on my cousins name through notarised gpa,affidavit,sale agreement and cash receipt later in 2006 my cousin transfered the plot in my name through registered irrevocable gpa,sale agreement,will,affidavit,cash receipt. than in 2010 my plot was selled further by first owners sons as their name entered in revenue record after that person expired through registered sale deed plz help me what should i do as my name did not changed in revenue record because of gpa i have tryed to transfer in my name but tehsidar office person told me that on gpa name can not be changed help me regds..

you need to file a suit for declaration of ownership and possession and also for cancellation of sale deed in favour of the second owner. you may file the suit in the district where the property is situate.
