Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,
My lawyer has sent a memo contains forged signatures for forensic lab for verification. LAB
Verified and sent the report to our lawyer.
Opinion reports opened but he is colluded with other party and hiding the information to me (client).
In this case, Can I get the Forensic lab opinion reports and copy of false memo submitted to the Forensic lab through RTI Act? or is there any other way?
