Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Thanks for your valuable reply. Actually the problem is regarding the property. My father's mother gave him a house as a 'dhanam' which she did for 3 other children. All the documents of this house is with them. when my brother asked for it to take a loan to reconstruct it, they refused and hurt him. this happened 2 yrs before. our four other documents also with them, one house in the name of my father, the one my mother's father gave her and the one my father got my brother's name. All these documents with them. now 2 of my father's sisters living in the house he bought and not vacating it.. my father's parents also say that they wrote back to themselves the one the gave my dad.My first question is that can they take it back?can legal actions be taken on these issues specially as my father's sisters are not vacating out. moreover they used their sources to terminate my sister in law from work(cmc - vellore) Can i question the hospital management against this action? please guide me
