I am working for a software company and I have to prepare an AMC agreement (international client) for them. Can you help me with a format of such an agreement.

Sir,

We would be more than keep to undertake the job on your behalf.

Now coming on to the format of the same there are numerous website wherein you will be able to find a format but it would be adviced to get the agreement made as there are number of things which you will never get in a set format or sample.
