I have started six free websites for literary and current affairs.They are hosted by internet free hosts so i pay nothing.I also do not collect any money through it.We just express our creativity through it.Is any permission reqd.?We are all pn card holders ,is anything reqd to be done on our part?

no permission required or u need not to pay anything as per current laws, till you do any money transaction or use the sites for any objectionable purpose
