how to change counsel in india

My counsel is harrassing me a lot.He is negligent,irresponsible,greedy and most of the times troublesome.He is making me domestic servant ans mis-using my high doctorate respect.He is making my cases very weak by mixing with opposite parties.What plea can save me from ruining.I want to change him immediately.How i can proceed as per law and what is the danger in doing so.

The best way to tackle this problem is to request for an NOC from your lawyer and appoint another lawyer basing on the said NOC. If your present Attorney refuses to given an NOC, you can make a representation before the concerned court, which will take up the issue basing o the merits.
