Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
With a complaint to police of forgery of my signatures, i attached a report of private signature expert's which was in my favor and a case was registered against the accused person. In reinvestigation of that complaint, they challenged the report of private signature expert and police sent my siganatures to FSL for verification.
My question is that if FSL gives the report against me by any reasons, can i challenge again that report of FSL and can i ask police to verify my signatures from any other Forensic Laboratory? If yes, then in which Lab?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please get to the crux of the issue and amicably resolve it rather than run to Forensic laboratories if you have committed a silly mistake of issuing blank cheque(s) to anybody.
