moot court problem
a person was detained illegally &was latter released,he filed petition for compensation of rs one lakh while matter was under subjudice he (petitioner) was terminated from service,now petitioner wants to file a petition against such dismissal &pleads that petition may be clubbed with the pending petition(compensation one).

as he was terminated before he was illegally detained, he may move an application for compensation as well before the same court and if the court declines to entertain the same, he may file a separate petition for compensation.
