Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Our Building has got occupation certificate, and buidler has given possession of our flat, however, it is noticed that, there is no access road available and the area around the building is under the ownership of Neighboring society, it is very suprise, how the local authority has sanction the buyilding plan and approved occupation certificate. what the legal view in the instant matter
