Legal Question in Construction Law in India
We have buyied an 1 bed room kitchen house and our builder has offered us another attached master bedroom in relatively less price. the problem is the room will be built on stilt area and it will be not shown in plan,please advice that should we buy additional room in stilt area. We live on ground floor

You would be buying an unauthorised room being not in the sanctioned plan. It could be demolished at any time by the municipality or you could be prosecuted also. this risk would always be there
