Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Putting up a roof onb terrace flat
Sir we had purchased a terrace flat on first floor and we had fixed a roof on terrace with channel and angle facricated with cement sheet bolted on it and the height we had taken is below our flat ceiling height. But our above flat owner is telling us to take the height still below. Please suggest us.
