I want to file a case against a party which signs a contract with me for not following the terms of contract.The contract was sign in Mumbai but I made the offer in Delhi. Can I file a case in Delhi?

Yes.You can file the case but if the opposite party's office or branch of office is siuated at Delhi.

The place of suing depends upon several factors which may possibly be determined after perusal of relevant documents. You may better show your documents to a local lawyer for appropriate guidance.
