Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir,
I had a ICICI Bank CC with a limit of 50000. I lost my job in 2008 and since then i have found it difficult to repay the amount used by me in the card. Now I am in UAE with a small salary of 20000 INR and 80% of my salary goes for the household expenditures in India, my parents are old and i have to spend a lot on their medical expenditures. Now the people from ICICI bank Ambattur branch are calling me and saying that i have to repay a amount of 61000 as i did not repay it earlier. What can i do in this regard. I want to settle the card issue once and for all.

Recovery suit made with in three years from the due date.they could not harass any one as per law.u can make police complaint and for more details u can contact m
