helo sir/mam
i m in trouble, i need ur sugeestion . i had taken admission in MCA in IMT college faridabad. i have deposited 30000rs till now. but due to some personal reason i want to cancel my adm from imt.but they are not refunding my money back.... can u suggest me what action should i take... can i take legal action towards principal of imt college....

If you have decided to withdraw without any fault on the part of management, there is no reason your fee should be refunded.
They may be entitlted in law to retain the fee received. Please read the documents carefully before deciding any legal action.
Issue a lawyer notice and wait for their reaction.
From the facts, it is better to approach the college for full / partial refund through mediation.
