as she is residing in delhi, you need to hire a lawyer in delhi and file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. she may take the plea that she is not married to you but you can lead evidence and produce witnesses in your favour who are aware of the marriage having taken place. you can also produce the messages and SMSes in the court of law.

If the girl is not agreed then may be she can charge u abduction and rape. So first collect all the relevant proofs like marriage certificate issued by Mandir etc. Affidavit of Pujari, your fiends and then talk to her with patience may be somebody is putting pressure on her or due to your bahaviour she is upset or due to such marriage she is upset, give her some time to understood her situation. Coz all the cases file in court presently will not work. She can even refuse in court and made any allegation upon u and ur friends and family also.

So handle this situation with love and peacefully.

Good luck.

It may be too early to initiate any legal action. Better you wait for some time and let things cool down.
