Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Even after repairing the vehicle at the Workshop of the Dealer, the vehicle owner do es not take delivery on the ground that he should be compensated for delay in repairs. Written intimation is given to the customer that vehicle is repaired and kept ready. Whether Dealer can levy 'Parking charges' since the customer is occupying the dealer's space?

in case there is delay of taking delivery on the part of consumer, the dealer cannot be made to pay for the delay. the dealer may equally seek parking charges.
