Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir,I'm confused and worried about my 15,000/-rupees. I had taken up an ICICI life insurance policy last year through a friend's friend. When I had taken this policy,I was not told about refundation of money if at all I want to discontinue the policy. I have to pay this amount for 2 more years. but now the situation is so that I cannot pay the next two yearly installments due to financial crises. When I called friend's friend from whom I had taken up policy and asked if i can get my money of first installment back and i want to cancel the policy,he said that it is not possible. if i cancel the policy i wont get my money back. what do i do? I lost my 15,000/- rs!! Can anybody help?
