Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

i had prchased sony cybershot on 18th july 2008, but after two days the flash was not working and then i went and asked the dealer to replace the product, but he is not replacing the product. is there any law for this?

If you have a receipt you can file a case under consumer law in consumer court
