what will the fate of stay in distt. consumer form on a single defficincy of service when a consumer get a gold loan within 5 or 10 minute from a nbfc on signing blank paper .consumer was convince by their staff and he also satisfied after ratthe advertisement of nbfc in which they shows 1%p.m rate of intt.on gold loan.after getting loan consu of theirmer inqure after two month loan statement shows outstanding balance principal plus intt. charge on phone andby writing letter but all is vain consumer was affraid of their service and think that jewelery to gai ab apna paise bhi jayega he decided till they do not give written statement inqure as above not to diposite a single rupe .again he write result nill after one year he recived a noticefrom nbfc advocate adjust his loan account whithin 15days otherwise his gold auctioned. i want know will the fate of his stay since nbfc produce term and conditions in which they demand 39% rate of intt.signed by consumer whichwas signed by consumer blank at the time of getting loan.nbfc fill up it .
