i am a defaulter of personal loan due to income stop and all my savings wiped off in payment of installments and credit card biils. still i have huge due of 5 banks including credit cards and personal loan.
what legal action bank can take against me and what are the options available to defend myself. I have been jobless Since six months and not getting job to repay the dues.
