Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Honourable sir,

I was isued an axis bank credit card and was using that for 2 yrs and for 18 months paid the charges.

After thatdue to ITfielddown i lost my job and did not pay the amount and even i have never given any cheques for settlement.

I got a call from Muralidharan lawyer stating that the court has povided a non-bailable arest warrant against me and also said police will keep me arrested for 15 day remand ..Is it possible to issue the warrant and arrest me.Pls giveyour suggestions...

no lawyer calls like that and you need to get in touch with a lawyer so he send a legal notice to the concerned bank and collection agency.
