can a person lant money worth Rs. 50000 Fifty thousand cash in three diffedent slabs, to a single person?

If he has lant then how he can recover?

what is the value of promissory note about this?i.e. is it enforciable by law?

Yes a promissory note is enforceable by the law.

It doesnt matter in what slabs you lend him the money.
