Threatened and taken cheques
Dear Sir, I was threatened and was made to give cheques for the wrong amount. According to me I owed much less than wat he claims it to be. I have also given stop payment to those chques with my bank. Please advice me as to wat needs to be done once he files a cheque bounce case on me.

You should file complaint to the police, for forecable getting the cheque signed. Also keep all the account prepared, so as to prove your liability in court, when a case is filed for dishonor of cheque, so as to show that, you did not had any liability to pay the cheque amount.
