under 138NIA for 10 lakhs of cheque return. what will be charged by the court to file the case.

Court do not charge but lawyer does ? You have to pay lawyers fees .

there are various court chgs like court fees stamp chgs, process fees etc. Lawyers fee may be upto 20% of chq amount depending on seniority of lawyer and facts of the case. Some lawyers may even charge 2 percent of chq amount.
