How do you find if a person has an arrest warrant in india? Is there a website like in the US and Canada?

no, there is no website in india showing whether arrest warrants are pending against any person. for that help of a lawyer is needed and he will have to check the same manually.

There is no unified system of criminal law machincery. You may need to contact the police station or the Registry of Court concerned to find out if any warrant is pending execution.

However, a list of 'proclaimed offenders' is circulated by the State Government from time to time.
