i have a case of 138 against me. i want to pay the full amount and want to settle down the case but the other party is not ready for that so, in this case is there any law which help me.

you may still offer the payment and let the magistrate note down your offer in his order and then you may approach the higher court for enforcing the settlement in case the magistrate does not enforce the settlement.

There is a separate petition like petition to compromise and it is legally permissible also you can file the same and settle the issue before the court.
