Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Asking help in filing a case of murder conspiracy.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am here asking your help in filing a case against my uncle, aunt and aunt's family member. As there has been an accidental death of my elder brother in 2008. I am seeing there involvement along with a tantrik guru of them on the sudden accidental demise (unnatural death) of my elder brother. Past my brother death i have lived with uncle and his family mostly during those time i started suspecting them, as they were acting differently. Considering there jealousy and disturbing nature toward us from the very beginning, it feels more positive that this is a act of jealousy and selfishness.

I had investigated on them and this tantrik guru of them and during this investigation many a thing came out which made my suspicion more strong. This is totally a criminal conspiracy leading to death. During these times i received numerous harassment calls on my cell number also even on my mother numbers as well, which i started documenting.

I am writing also to find a more wide angle and also related cases information to this as i am determined to put my life on bringing the culprits behind bar.

May i request you for your advice on how can i proceed with this case in nailing the culprits under court of law? Please advice me on the same.
